2021: Our Year in Review

As we prep the confetti canons and look forward to entering the New Year, »Æ¹ÏÊÓƵ is taking a look back at some of our favorite moments from the year that got us here.

The Oscar | Sheboygan, Wisconsin
The Oscar Ribbon Cutting

»Æ¹ÏÊÓƵ joined Green Street Real Estate Ventures, and Rosemann and Associates for the official ribbon cutting ceremony at The Oscar Apartments in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. The 240-unit complex welcomed its first residents on Monday, November first, with the final of the three buildings anticipated to be completed by early Spring of 2022.

PV | 303 Groundbreaking

»Æ¹ÏÊÓƵ began construction on PV|303, a new multi-building site for repeat clients MDH Partners and CBRE! On October 7, 2021, our team broke ground on this 601,100 total SF speculative industrial project located in Goodyear, Arizona. The project will feature two buildings, Building A will be 362,270 SF and feature 36’ clear height, 333 car parking spaces and 81 trailer parking spaces. Building B will total 238,854 SF with 32’ clear height, 268 car parking spaces and 43 trailer parking spaces.

Inotiv Ribbon Cutting

Inotiv, Inc in St. Louis, Missouri held a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening of its newly-constructed scientific laboratories with operations focused on supporting clients in the areas of biology, pharmacology, toxicology and histopathology. »Æ¹ÏÊÓƵ Construction constructed an expanded histology laboratory and archiving space to accommodate growth in Inotiv’s pathology business. Our team is currently working on the next phase of this project that will provide increased office and research space.
